Chris and Tracy Halfman hail from Central Wisconsin. Shortly after getting married they relocated to the Tampa Bay Area.
Both Chris and Tracy have over 20 years’ experience in owning and operating their own businesses and working with clients across the United States.

“We recently decided to take our hard work ethic and business expertise into the Real Estate Market in order to assist those looking to make the move to the Gulf Coast of FL just as we did 30 plus years ago. We love the great State of Florida, and eagerly look forward to assist those interested in making a move. Whether relocating, up-sizing, down-sizing, moving to/from the Suburbs or Beaches, our goal is to move you home.”

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

When I purchased my home in 2017 Ben was very informative about the process from start to finish. We looked at several properties and spent time talking about each of the features that made each one unique. This helped make my decision-making process much less emotional and much quicker for a very competitive market!

- Buyer

Thanks, Mike!! It was a pleasure working with you!!

- Michael W.

Karen was more than knowledgeable about her duties as a broker. She always let me know if there was an issue and asked for my input. Florida has many Real Estate Brokers with different levels of skill and work ethics…..she is at the top of the list.

- Buyer/Seller

Jeremy was very thorough, getting information from us on what we were looking for in a home. He challenged our thinking at times and as we found out, it was an excellent decision on his part as we moved somewhere we never thought we would move to. (great insight) Jeremy was tactful, professional, and had a great sense of humor. When Jeremy did not know something, he did not hesitate to say so, and then promptly get that information back to us. We enjoyed working with Jeremy and highly recommend him.

- Buyer
